Apparently Dr. Horrible is being shopped around for a musical on broadway - it'll be interesting to see if anything comes of it.

Honestly, I kind of feel like the story is complete and I don't want to see them try and expand on it. But I don't normally feel that way, and admittedly, I may just be worried that whatever they do won't be as good.
