It's kind of a cool idea in concept, but when you click through to the complete article, note that near the end, "neither DARPA, Anteon, nor BAE Systems was willing to respond to questions about the array's proposed energy levels and any threat to marine mammals they might pose." Hmm. I wonder what that might mean.
