"And you cannot shape it / Cos it's reality, yeah"

I'm not Oprah's biggest fan to begin with, but this is really depressing. Using her incredible cultural influence to peddle this kind of tripe - not just stupidity, but dangerous stupidity - should be beneath her.

Is it wrong to immediately think of those horrible "Visualize Whirled Peas" bumperstickers?

I would in fact say that is very, very right.
