But love, I couldn't hold it

My show review of Camera Obscura's show in Toronto this June is up today at PopMatters. Of course, it's half show review and half "excuse me while I work out my feelings for the last album," but except for a couple of awkward sentences (can't remember if they're the product of me or of the editing process) I think it turned out alright.

It's a great review and made me want to revisit the album. Like you, I've been pretty dismissive of it compared to "Let's Get Out Of This Country".

Thanks! I'm glad to hear someone else was/is in the same boat I was... everyone I know up here seems to have just gotten into them with the new one and so loves it. It's a good album, but even though I've come around on it I still feel LGOoTC is a much better one.
