Catching up
It feels like I was gone forever, but I guess not; all that's been up in my absence was this review of the new Gas boxset that went up today, and my most recent turn at What Was It Anyway?, on Mike Paradinas' finest hour.

That's a great review of the gas records. A couple of weeks ago I listened to nothing but Voight stuff, Echospace and a few other similar sounding but guitar based artists. Very strange days indeed. It all sounds much better in the cold too. It ain't hot music. Put be back into black metal mode too. umm....

Thanks! Who are these guitar artists, one wonders? I've been listening to a lot of the new Earth, although that's a bit different, as well as this great Australian band called My Majestic Star (they're a bit more bedroom-Mogwai as well, though).
