Too obvious to mention

A little while back I posted on my Facebook account that I'd just written 1200 words on a Constantines EP. I honestly expected it'd be chopped down rather severely - but one of the wonder of writing for the internet is that it hasn't been. Hopefully it's worth the time it takes to read it. And in any case, if you like the Constantines and don't own Kensington Heights yet, I would recommend picking it up both on its own merits and to get this EP - and that is not something I would have expected to say.

Ian, I read the whole thing, and honestly, I've read much shorter reviews that were much harder to get through. It was a good piece. Enthusiasm is a positive quality.

In other news from reviewing-land, I had two last names switched in my Lights review...what a dumb-ass!

Hey, I once spelled out the acronym W.A.S.T.E. as "We Await Tristero's Silent Empire"... repeatedly, over the course of a whole review. And I have a tattoo of that acronym! So don't be too hard on yourself.

I'm glad you liked it, though! I normally don't write so long just because normally it doesn't take 1200 words to say what I want to say. But sometimes it just comes out of you.

Also, the Lights thing is funny, because I know there apparently a band called that, but whenever people mention them online I assume they're talking about this for a second.
