As just announced on their site, Mogwai have a new album coming out next February. The album, which features songs like "Death Rays," "How to Be a Werewolf," and "You're Lionel Ritchie," is titled Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will.

I feel soooo dumb, (typical) but I was just rewatching "Gremlins" today after many years when I realized: "Mogwai! That's what Gizmo's real name is! The band is named after "Gremlins"?!? How cool is that!!!"

It took me a little while to remember that too, and while I know that the band took the name from the movie, this is kind of interesting:
