You got to give an account at the judgment

Feel good hits of... I don't know, the last few weeks. Special "I moved for the first time in five years, and it nearly killed me" edition. Still unpacking. Will be for at least a few weeks. I'm feeling rather overwhelmed these days.

Sam Amidon & Beth Orton - You Better Mind (not up on YouTube, so here they are doing "Sugar Baby")
Retribution Gospel Choir - Hide It Away
Spoon - Believing Is Art
The New Pornographers - The Body Says No
Electric Six - Jimmy Carter
Digitalism - Pogo
The Ronettes - I Wish I Never Saw the Sunshine
The Magnetic Fields - I Don't Know What to Say
Roxy Music - 2HB
Los Campesinos! - Documented Minor Emotional Breakdown #1

Hot Chip - I Feel Better
Low - Swingin' (if you only watch one of these videos...)
Crowded House - Love This Life
Apostle of Hustle - Xerses
The Specials - Friday Night, Saturday Morning
Superchunk - Watery Hands (if you watch two...)
The Dears - Warm and Sunny Days
The Afghan Whigs - Crime Scene Part One
The Pet Shop Boys - What Have I Done to Deserve This?
Butthole Surfers - TV Star

I don't have Long Division, but by the sounds of 'Swingin'' it's worth having...

It really is. I'll freely admit that their debut (I Could Live in Hope) is pretty much fan-only, except for "Words." But Long Division is where they come into their own, and it's their first great album.
